It has been observed that horses and the CIA are working together to undermine the psychic resilience of the general population.

2. The CIA is ran by Demons
The CIA, who are working with the horses, are ran by demons. We have no clue what the demons are doing. However we have observed psychic activities including horse drawn sigils.
3. Cystals, Artifacts, and Sigils
We've learned there are tools to our advantage in the form of crystals, artifacts, and sigils. However, we have also learned that these tools can be misused and can be used against us. We have lost members of our team to misuse of these tools, and we are still learning how to use them properly.
